JaMiya Butler

I was born and raised in Mississippi until graduating from Mississippi State University. GO DAWGS! I am the proud recipient of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Specialist’s   Degree in Elementary Education with a focus in Language and Literacy. I aspire to obtain my doctoral degree within the next few years so wish me luck!

I have had the pleasure of teaching Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 3rd grade throughout the Cobb County School District as well as the Clayton County School District. However, my most recent title is Mom. I have two amazing daughters, 2 years old and 6 months old. So as you can imagine, my heart and hands are full. 

I hope to instill in your child a feeling of success in all that he or she strives to do, as well as give your child tools to ask questions, seek answers, and learn more both inside and outside of the classroom.
